Essential RequirementsQualified
chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA) or chartered tax adviser (CTA)Extensive experience
in tax advisory, particularly for owner-managed businessesStrong client-facing skills
with proven ability to present to senior stakeholdersCommercial acumen
to identify tax planning opportunitiesTechnical expertise
across personal tax, corporation tax, and capital taxesCollaborative approach
with ability to work effectively within existing team structurePersonal Attributes

with natural relationship-building abilitiesEntrepreneurial mindset
to develop new service offeringsStrong communication skills
