We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to support our team and ensure smooth project execution.Job Overview: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project managers and site supervisors in planning, organising, and managing construction projects. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to help keep projects on schedule and within budget.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.Track project progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.Assist in preparing valuations, purchase orders, and invoices.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and meetings.Support the project team with administrative tasks as needed.Additional office administration duties for the Office Manager. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in construction or project coordination is preferred.Strong organisation
