Planner Permanent Based in Aylesbury The RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join a busy Social Housing / Property Services team.The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating electrical and gas repairs, servicing and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed within agreed timescales and in line with relevant compliance requirements.This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone with previous experience within Social Housing, Housing Maintenance, Repairs and Maintenance or a Facilities Management environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule electrical and gas repairs, servicing and maintenance appointments.Allocate jobs to engineers and operatives based on skills, qualifications, location and availability.Manage engineers'' diaries and optimise daily workloads and travel time.Monitor outstanding and overdue jobs, taking appropriate action to prevent delays.Liaise with engineers, supervisors, contractors, residents and internal teams to ensure works are completed efficiently.Arrange appointments with residents and ensure they are kept informed of any changes.Respond to urgent and emergency repair requests, prioritising jobs accordingly.Monitor workloads and identify any capacity or resource issues.Update repairs and scheduling systems accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure works are planned in line with contractual KPIs, SLAs and relevant compliance requirements.Track completed and ..... full job details .....
