They are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join their friendly and dynamic support team providing remote support to their customer base. The Role of Level IT Support Engineer Respond to email and phone support requests to maintain the operation of the customer''s computer systems to an agreed levelProviding 1st line technical support across our customer base via phone or emailBe responsible for both reactive and proactive maintenance activitiesContribute to IT projects when requiredFollow agreed processes and procedures for the support teamMaintenance of all IT service documentation Person Specification One year''s equivalent work experience within an IT Support / Managed Service Provider environment.Excellent problem-solving skills working in a logical methodical style with the ability to identify root cause and implement controlled changesStrong organisational skills are necessary with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneouslyBe driven to learn new tech and self-improveUnderstanding of ITIL best practice Extensive O365 experienceStrong Network troubleshooting skillsFirewall experienceMicrosoft AzureSD-Wan Technical Skills Service Management tools for ticket handlingExperience of remote access toolsM
