Job Overview

GK Healthcare is recruiting dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work across care homes and nursing homes in Kent, London, Reading, Suffolk and the Isle of Wight.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.

• Assess, monitor and evaluate residents'' health and clinical conditions.

• Administer medication safely in line with relevant policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and nursing documentation.

• Identify changes in residents'' conditions and take appropriate action.

• Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.

• Support and supervise care staff where required.

• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection prevention and health and safety standards.

• Promote residents'' dignity, independence and overall well-being.

Essential Requirements

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).

• Previous experience in a UK care home or nursing home setting.

• Valid DBS on the Update Service.

• Up-to-date mandatory training certificates relevant to the role.

• Strong clinical knowledge and medication management skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• A professional, compassionate and reliable approach to patient care.

• The right to work in the UK.
