Light Assembly Operatives
Location: Rugby (Central Park)
Shift: Rotating Morning / Afternoon (weekly rotation)
* 06:00 - 14:00
* 14:00 - 22:30
Pay: -14.22 per hour (-12.50 + shift allowance)
Contract: Full Time - Temp to Perm (No students)

We are looking for 3 experienced assembly operatives who can commit to a full-time role at a busy engineering company in Rugby.

This is light, delicate work in a cleanroom environment.

You will:

• Use microscopes
• Handle small quantities of chemicals
• Follow precise instructions
• Conduct quality checks
• Carefully handle ceramic products

Although full training on the company''s processes will be provided, it is essential that candidates:

• Live locally to Rugby
• Have previous experience in assembly work
• Are confident working with small, delicate components
