Premises Assistant - Lambeth ASAP start 16 - 18 per hour Monday to Fridays, 8am until 6pm A Premises Assistant is needed for a busy SEN school based in Lambeth, South East London.This Premises Assistant position will be full time and temporary in the first instance.Duties for this Premises Assistant post will include but not be limited to:Carrying out maintenance of the buildingsHandling repairs of the facilitiesProviding general securityDay to day cleaningOverseeing standard safety checksWorking with contractorsThe rates of pay for this Premises Assistant role will be between 16 to 18 per hour, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
