We''re looking for a Business Development Executive to join a well-established business with a strong foothold in the North. This is a pure hunter role - we are looking for a candidate who is proactive, resilient, and ready to go out and win business.Key Responsibilities:Generating new business through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn and face-to-face meetings.Booking and attending appointments to showcase the company''s solutions.Cold calling and foot canvassing - knocking on doors to make things happen.Building long-term relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs.Managing your pipeline using a cloud-based CRM system.Key Requirements:Minimum 18 months of B2B sales experience - ideally field based.A resilient attitude - someone who''s not afraid of rejection.A proactive self-starting mind-set, to push yourself without needing to be micromanaged.A consultative approach to sales.
