Key ResponsibilitiesQuantity Surveying Full commercial management of multiple fit-out projects from pre-contract to completion Preparation and management of budgets, cost plans, and cash flows Procurement and commercial management of subcontractors Valuation of works, assessment of variations, and change control Preparation, negotiation, and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts Cost reporting and forecasting to senior management Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed commercial targets Estimating Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for retail and office fit-out projects Reviewing drawings, specifications, and client requirements Producing bills of quantities and take-offs Liaising with supply chain to
