Acting as the key link between customers and the workshop, you will ensure every customer receives exceptional service while supporting the efficient operation of the service department. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and manage service and repair bookings. Accurately record customer concerns and vehicle requirements. Liaise with workshop technicians regarding vehicle progress and additional work requirements. Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process. Prepare and explain service invoices and associated costs. Promote and sell additional aftersales products and services where appropriate. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively. Work closely with colleagues across the service and parts departments.
