This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making a difference in communities, with a particular focus on managing anti-social behaviour, tackling rent arrears, and supporting tenancy sustainment. This is a home-based role with regular customer visits in the Houghton Regis area and occasional attendance at our Head Office in Bedford Heights for team collaboration and meetings.
