Job Title: Support Mentor Location: This role is based in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), the service is a short walk from Ladbroke Grove (Circle and Hammersmith) station. Unfortunately, this service does not have step free access. Salary: £28,800 (Full Time Equivalent) Shift Pattern: 22.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota between 09:00 - 17:00 and 13:00 - 21:00.
