Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SC-cleared Interaction Designer to support the delivery of high-quality digital services within the Public Sector for a leading digital transformation organisation. You will play a key role in shaping user-centred, accessible and inclusive services aligned with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will lead interaction design activities, contribute to service strategy, and mentor other designers while ensuring solutions meet both user needs and technical constraints. Key Skills and ExperienceProven experience delivering interaction design within the UK Public Sector and GDS environmentsStrong advocacy for user-centred and inclusive design principlesAbility to coach and mentor designers, providing constructive feedbackExcellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skillsExpertise in creating accessible, responsive and usable interfacesWorkshop facilitation and collaborative service design experienceStrong understanding of technical constraints and how they impact designUser research interpretation and translating insights into design solutionsSketching, concept development and prototyping at multiple fidelitiesExperience building interactive prototypes using the (url removed) Prototyping KitComfortable working within multidisciplinary te
