We don''t just want a pair of hands; we want someone looking to earn their way into a Supervisor role within the next 18-24 months.The Role You will be part of a high-standard maintenance team servicing local contracts. This is a fast-paced role that rewards those who take pride in their work and show up ready to go. The Schedule: 5 days a week (6:00 AM start - approx. 3:00 PM finish). The Weekend: 2 Saturdays per month (Typically 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM). The Path: Once you''ve proven your commitment and technical competence, we will actively work with you to transition into a Supervisory position. What We Need From You We have a "no-nonsense" approach to hiring. To be successful, you must meet the following: Experience: 2-3 years in landscape maintenance (mowing, hedging, general grounds care). Location: You must live locally (Holmer Green, High Wycombe, Amersham, or immediate surrounding villages). If you have a 45-minute commute, this isn''t the role for you. Licence: A clean, full UK driving licence is essential.
