What you will do Prepare nutritious meals, snacks and refreshmentsSupport menu planning and meal preparationCater for a variety of dietary and nutritional needsMaintain excellent food hygiene and health and safety standardsMonitor food stocks and minimise wasteEnsure meals are presented to a high standardWork collaboratively with colleagues to provide an excellent dining experience About you You will have previous experience in a catering, hospitality or kitchen role and be confident preparing meals for groups of people. You''ll understand the importance of nutrition, food safety and delivering excellent customer service. A Food Hygiene qualification is essential.
