This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking to step into a senior leadership role within a business that has developed an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality public sector projects across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, North London and Essex.

The successful candidate will take ownership of key client relationships, lead project delivery across a varied portfolio and play an active role in the continued growth and development of the business.

Working predominantly on project-focused instructions, you will oversee the delivery of refurbishment, maintenance and capital improvement schemes across education, healthcare, local authority and community assets.

• Leading the delivery of complex building surveying and project work.
• Managing and developing key public sector client relationships.
• Overseeing contract administration and project management services.
• Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior team members.
• Managing project teams to ensure successful delivery of client objectives.
• Contributing to the strategic growth of the Building Surveying team.

• MRICS qualified.
• Significant experience within Building Surveying, ideally within consultancy.
• Proven track record delivering project-focused work across multiple sectors.
• Strong client-facing and business development capabilities.
• Experience managing teams and mentoring surveyors.
• Excellent commercial awareness and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
