Leading and supporting the nursing team on a day-to-day basisCoordinating rotas, ensuring smooth cover across surgeriesMaintaining the highest standards of infection control and compliance with CQC requirementsSupporting clinicians with a wide range of advanced treatmentsOverseeing stock control and equipment maintenanceTraining, mentoring, and supporting junior nurses and apprenticesEnsuring a positive and professional experience for every patientWho We’re Looking For
