MSM Healthcare are pleased to be working with a well established Supported Living Residential Home who require an experienced Registered Manager.You will be managing 16 beds spread across two local sites, which have just been rated "Good" by CQC. Our client is an independent, well run and supportive care setting with good, solid experience in the business. Please note applicants must be working towards or have a level 5 in HandSC and a minimum of 2 years experience within residential setting in order to be considered for this role. The successful applicant will support and manage a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, assisting residents, helping them thrive in their day to day lives. Duties will include: Managing the residential home on a day-to-day basis, ensuring it is compliant in meeting all relevant legislative and contractual requirements, in conjunction with the in-house compliance team. Supporting adults and young people with low to moderate needs. Liaising with other departments and specialist external agencies to ensure that the residents receive appropriate plans, programmes and support in the home and to meet contractual requirements.
