Locations: Beverley | Salary: £33,000 | Full-time: Mon-Thur 9:00-17:00, Fri 8:30-16:30

St. James''s Place (SJP) experience is preferred, Financial Services experience is essential.

What you''ll do

• Lead and develop your administration team, providing coaching, feedback, and 1:1 support
• Manage workflow, monitor deadlines, and resolve bottlenecks quickly
• Ensure office presentation, compliance, and risk standards are consistently high
• Support advisers in achieving maximum efficiency and client satisfaction
• Drive operational improvements and embed procedural updates
• Deliver a premium onboarding and staff experience, promoting the practice''s values

 
Who we''re looking for

• Proven experience in office or people management in a financial services environment
• Strong organisational, workflow, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a small team
• Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable), Microsoft Office, and digital tools
• Confident, resilient, and proactive with a keen eye for quality and detail
