North London Hybrid - 2 days in the office £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience We are recruiting an experienced Employee Relations Co-ordinator for a long-standing client of ours, a well-established organisation based in North London. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid HR or ER background who is looking to broaden their Employee Relations experience and take on more responsibility within a busy and experienced team. This is very much a hands-on role and isn''t purely administrative. You will support a broad range of Employee Relations activity including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, capability, restructures, consultation exercises and contractual change. You will also have the opportunity to manage straightforward, lower-risk ER matters with support from experienced ER Managers and the Head of Employee Relations. The role will include: Co-ordinating ER processes and keeping track of deadlines, actions and next steps Preparing letters, consultation documentation and other formal correspondence Organising meetings, hearings, investigations and consultations Taking and quality-checking meeting notes and documentation Maintaining accurate case files, trackers and records Liaising with managers, employees and other stakeholders to keep processes moving Supporting investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal processes Supporting restructure, redundancy, consultation and contractual change activity Managing ..... full job details .....
