The department is recognised for advising on a broad range of commercial and civil disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, financial services litigation and debt recovery matters. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will manage your own caseload of complex and high-value disputes while also supporting senior colleagues on larger matters. The Guildford team consists of experienced lawyers and legal support professionals and works closely with colleagues across the firm''s wider office network.
