From supporting advanced diagnostics equipment to working closely with cross-functional teams, your role will be pivotal in optimising machine reliability, reducing downtime and driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and support the performance and efficiency of automation systems across production and RandD settingsTroubleshoot and optimise equipment and control systems, to maximise operational uptimeCreate and update technical documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructionsAnalyse performance and downtime data to uncover opportunities for system improvementsPartner with Quality teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actionsRequirementsStrong background in automation, electrical or mechanical engineeringExperience with PLCs, HMIs and control systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communicator, able to work across departmentsExperience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) is a plusPark Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
