Overview We are seeking skilled and experienced CNC Turners to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with Mazak, Haas, and Doosan machines on a double shift pattern. Shift Pattern: 1st Week: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM2nd Week: Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 11:25 PMHours: 36.33 hours per weekPay Rate: £16.00 - £20.00 per hour (depending on experience) + 20% shift allowance Responsibilities As a CNC Turner, your key responsibilities will include: Selecting and setting up cutting tools for machining operations using CNC or conventional lathes.Mounting and dismounting workpieces on/from the lathe.Performing roughing and finishing operations to meet precise specifications.Interpreting and working from mechanical and technical drawings.Conducting quality control checks using appropriate measuring equipment.Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of turning lathes and tools.Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
