Supervisor - Data Centre environment - 55,000 - 60,000An established global facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Supervisor (HV) to support operations at a large, mission-critical data centre in South London.This is a key leadership role, responsible for supervising day-to-day critical engineering operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and uptime.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate a team of critical engineers on siteAct as the Authorised Person / Senior Authorised Person for HV systems (where applicable)Ensure safe operation and maintenance of HV/LV electrical infrastructureOversee planned and reactive maintenance activitiesManage permits to work, risk assessments, and method statementsLiaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with statutory regulations and site proceduresSupport incident response and escalation processes in a 24/7 critical environmentRequirements:Proven experience working within a data centre or critical environmentStrong HV electrical background (Authorised Person experience preferred)Supervisory or team leadership experienceExcellent knowledge of electrical safety rules and compliance standardsAbility to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situationsRelevant electrical qualifications (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
