Supply Chain Team Leader
Adecco is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a globally recognised and market-leading manufacturing organisation, for a Supply Chain Team Leader. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday) with the opportunity to have an early finish every Friday.The purpose of this role is to oversee, manage, and coordinate the supply chain and workflow, ensuring seamless operations from customer service through to dispatch and final delivery to the customer.Working closely with the planning department, the role focuses on optimising the production plan to maintain an efficient and smooth workflow across the site, while consistently achieving key performance targets, including on-time, in-full delivery.The role requires strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders such as Customer Service, Production, Planning, and Stock and Dispatch.Duties:Management and Development of teamLead, motivate and develop individuals within the teamManage relationships within the teamResponsible for working capital control and cost managementDrive team to achieve budgeted level of Raw Material stock daysReview aged stock controls with the team and report this on a weekly/monthly basisReview planning board on a daily basis to ensure all requirements from the team are being metIdentify possible cost savings by sourcing the best possible suppliers and outworkers in relation to price, quality and ability to deliver h
