- Support store manager and lead by example.

- Encourage your team and demonstrate how to generate sales through exceptional service, ensuring you hit and exceed personal and store sales targets.

- Offering advice and guidance to colleagues and identify training needs.

- Be able to create and promote the business opportunities within the surrounding areas.
