Experienced PTS Electricians required in East Suffolk, starting Saturday 14th November to mid-December. The role will involve the installation, glanding, termination and testing of electrical supplies, with a particular focus on LV power supplies, points heating systems and signalling feeder cables. This is an excellent opportunity to become involved in a major infrastructure project, carrying out varied electrical installation works as part of the Sizewell C development. Hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday Roster Job Duties Installation, glanding, termination and testing of 3-phase LV supplies, including 5-core SWA cables up to 95mm . Installation and termination of points heating supplies, including heating strips and probes. Termination and testing of electrical supplies to and from points heating transformers. Disconnection and recovery of redundant electrical supplies following changeovers to new installations. Installation, glanding, termination and testing of 650V signalling feeder cables. Ensuring all electrical installation and testing works are completed safely and to the required standards. Essential Experience and Skills PTS Card Previous electrical installation experience.
