We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a fantastic public sector organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role, responsible for maintaining strong financial controls, delivering robust financial reporting. Based in Birmingham city centre (1 day office based). You''ll play a central role in the preparation and laying of our Annual Report and Accounts, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our financial processes. From treasury management and supplier payments to financial systems, audit and counter-fraud activity, your work will directly support effective decision-making across the organisation.
