Responsibilities Clinical activities Provide occupational health support and advice via telephone, Microsoft Teams, and in person at onsite facilities. Prioritize and manage clinical caseloads, addressing complex cases with advanced healthcare knowledge. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with NMC guidelines, data protection, and health and safety regulations. Make evidence-based decisions following service user assessments and refer to other health professionals as needed. Produce clear post-consultation reports to assist with workplace adjustments. Advise on fitness for work, rehabilitation post-absence/injury, and follow up on health issues after accidents. Perform administrative tasks, including managing clinical records, completing health screening forms, and coordinating with the support team for appointment bookings.
