Our client is a well-established law firm based in Hale, specialising in commercial litigation and property law for both commercial and residential clients. Due to ongoing growth they are looking to add a number Commercial Litigation Solicitors to their already successful team. They will consider candidates with experience ranging from 2 years PQE to 10 years PQE. There are currently 10 people in the team and it is expanding rapidly. Type of Work: The type of work that you will be required to deal with are as follows: Business Disputes Shareholder and Partnership Disputes Quasi Partnership and Minority Shareholder Disputes Derivatives Claims Companies Act and Directors Duties Disputes Breach of duty claims Breach of Contract Claims Supply of Goods Construction Claims Misrepresentation Claims Experience in all the main areas of litigation is critical.
