Industrial Chemical Engineer RandD to ProductionLocation: Ellesmere PortSalary: 45,000 - 55,000 depending on experience plus Private MedicalPermanentOn behalf of our client, a specialist manufacturing business, we''re looking for a Chemical Engineer to take new and improved processes from development and pilot trials into full-scale production.The RoleScale up processes and carry out plant trials.Develop process designs, flow diagrams and operating procedures.Support equipment commissioning and production handovers.Improve yield, quality, efficiency and operating costs.Support process safety reviews, risk assessments and operator training.About YouDegree qualified in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.Experience scaling up processes from lab or pilot stage into manufacturing.Good knowledge of process safety, HAZOPs and management of change.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with high-temperature or electrochemical processes, Chartered Engineer status or Six Sigma training would be advantageous.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
