Building Manager Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm London W1 50,000 up to 60,000 depending on experience Experienced 5 Building Manager needed to be the primary point of contact for this luxury residential development in Marylebone. You will be required to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective operation of all common areas and building systems. The Building Manager will deliver high-quality concierge-style service, maintain property standards, manage staff and contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and lease covenants. Duties will include inspiring and leading a team of Concierge staff, working effectively with contractors, identifying innovative and efficient ways in which to deliver a world class lifestyle concierge provision, chairing and participating in team and contractor meetings, ensuring agreed Key Performance Indicators for internal and third-party contracts are being evaluated and recorded, increasing HandS awareness and promoting a positive HandS culture, and managing the site budget.
