Electro-Mechanical Assembler / Production AssemblerHampshirePermanent On-siteBuild Precision Products Within a Specialist Engineering BusinessWe are recruiting for an Electro-Mechanical Production Assembler to join a well-established engineering business at its Blackbushe facility.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing assembly experience, including soldering and crimping, who enjoys practical work and producing high-quality products.The RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, you will assemble electronic and mechanical components into subassemblies and finished units, following engineering drawings and wiring schedules.You will work closely with Production Engineering, Stores and Quality to resolve assembly issues, maintain accurate records and complete builds within recommended production times.Your responsibilities will include: Assembling electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies and finished products. Following engineering drawings, build instructions and wiring schedules. Carrying out soldering and crimping using appropriate production tools. Using suitable meters to check assembled work where required. Maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process. Identifying and reporting specification, design or assembly issues. Raising non-conformance reports in line with quality procedures. Completing builds within recommended assembly times wherever possible.
