Your new companyHays are working exclusively with a well-established organisation in Shrewsbury to recruit a Temporary HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with initial HR administration experience who is looking to further develop their career within Human Resources.Working as part of a supportive HR team, you will provide key administrative support across a range of HR processes and employee life cycle activities. This role is being recruited on a confidential basis and applications will be managed directly through Hays.Your new roleAs a Temporary HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the HR function and ensuring employee records and systems are maintained accurately.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and monitoring the HR inbox, responding to basic employee queries and escalating more complex matters where appropriate.Supporting onboarding activities and ensuring documentation is completed and recorded accuratelyUpdating and maintaining trackers relating to DBS checks, driving licence checks and onboarding complianceMaintaining employee records across HR systems and spreadsheetsProducing and updating reports and management informationExtracting and collating data from HR and payroll systemsCreating and updating spreadsheets for training, LMS and reward-related activitiesUsing Excel to manipulate data, including formulas and lookup functionsSupporting the wider HR team with general ..... full job details .....
