Join a rewarding team in Lancashire with the following permanent opportunity: Available Role: Team Leader Rainford, St Helens Location: Children s Residential Home - St Helens Experience Preferred: NVQ Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People s Workforce or equivalent; minimum 2 years experience supporting young people in a children s residential setting. Full UK manual driving licence (preferred). Role Overview: Lead and plan team activities on shift, supervise staff, and mentor new team members. Act as a key worker for young people, ensuring their medical, pract7cal, physical, and emotional needs are met. Support children aged 8-17 from complex backgrounds with challenging behaviour and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD) using a systemic therapeutic approach rooted in attachment theory. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of care. Note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as the provider does not hold a sponsorship licence.
