The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage delivery schedules effectively. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive their products on time. Class 1 Driver: Operate lorries for the transportation of goods to designated locations. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, adhering to all safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing the company positively. Class 1 Driver Requirements: Proven experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver Valid commercial driving licence with appropriate endorsements for flatbed operation.
