We are currently partnered with a prestigious professional services firm who operate globally and are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join them in their London office.

The right candidate will have a good eye for detail, strong knowledge of legislation and a good willingness to learn. The role will offer the opportunity to learn EMEA payroll processing.

Key responsibilities:

• Process UK & EMEA payrolls including processing all payroll data and liaising with external providers
• Process starters and leavers including P45''s
• Reconcile and process benefits including cycle to work & season tickets
• Collate monthly overtime data and reconcile figures
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries
• Support of annual benefit renewals
• Assist and support in project work where required

Experience on complex payrolls ideally in a busy environment will be highly beneficial.
