Support Worker Fareham £25,845 annum pro ratapart time hours available EXPERIENCE AS LONE WORKING IS PREFFERED We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in the Fareham area, supporting adults with learning disabilities, and epilepsy. The shifts currently can vary in length, these are either 7.5hrs, 8hrs or 6-hour shifts between 08:30-19:00 Monday - Sunday. (This is also a lone working service on some days) No two days are the same but your day might look like this! Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends. Supporting the management of our people''s finances.
