Oversee quality assurance and control across all project phases, from design to commissioning. Conduct internal audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to maintain quality standards. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality performance. Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and third-party inspectors to ensure project quality compliance.
