We are recruiting for an experienced Property Legal Secretary / PA to join a busy and successful Property team in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal secretarial experience who enjoys providing high-quality support to fee earners, managing a varied workload and playing an important role in the smooth running of property transactions. The Role Working closely with Property fee earners, you will provide comprehensive secretarial, PA and administrative support across a busy caseload. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day secretarial and PA support to Property fee earners Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence Managing diaries, appointments and meetings Handling telephone and email enquiries Opening, maintaining and closing client files Carrying out Land Registry searches Preparing and dealing with SDLT forms Assisting with completion statements and invoicing Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors and other third parties Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are kept up to date Ensuring work is completed accurately and in accordance with the firm''s procedures About You Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, Legal PA or ..... full job details .....
