Our client, a leading global bank, is looking to hire an experienced Director for their Structured Finance Team in London. The new hire will be responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of renewable energy project financing deals across EMEA.The Role

Origination of project finance transactions in the Renewable Energy sector across UK and Europe.Oversight of the full execution lifecycle for bilateral and syndicated project finance transactions, including structuring, credit negotiations, and due diligence.Development and maintenance of sponsor and developer relationships across Europe.Management of day-to-day client and counterparty interactions.The Candidate

Currently sitting at the Director (or equivalent level) within the Energy or Renewables Project Finance Team of a highly regarded bank or fund.Proven project finance origination track record in the renewable energy sector.Strong financial modeling, credit structuring, and documentation skills.Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability.Seniority level
