As an ER Manager, you will co-lead the delivery of ER services across the business, overseeing a team of ER Consultants and Advisors to ensure consistent, expert handling of complex cases in line with Sky''s policies, values, and legal obligations. You will be aligned to a business area to understand and address their specific ER priorities, patterns and trends.
