For them to the continue on this success there is a need to recruit an Engineering Shift Team Leader to the already successful team. Key Responsibilities Provide effective leadership, coaching, and development to the wider engineering team, including apprentice mentoring. Manage and control contractors and maintenance suppliers, ensuring performance is reviewed and standards are met. Support and deliver the Maintenance Excellence roadmap and site improvement plans. Ensure adherence to planned maintenance schedules through effective resource planning. Maintain adequate plant cover to meet operational requirements. Analyse CMMS data to support forward planning and identify opportunities for equipment and process improvement. Fully support end-to-end Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS). Review maintenance activities to identify and implement cost-effective improvements. Lead and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, and structured problem-solving techniques. Support and promote the site and departmental 5S programme. Develop and implement maintenance improvement techniques and best practices. Drive and support Reliability Centred Maintenance
