A respected specialist contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a variety of heritage and conservation restoration projects across Central London. Working from a central London office with hybrid flexibility, you will play a crucial role in preserving and enhancing historic architecture. Key Responsibilities: Support the Senior Management in delivering high-quality heritage and conservation projects Overseeing several live projects, with values ranging from £500k to £10m Lead and coordinate site managers and on-site teams Develop and manage project programmes and progress reports Attend site and client meetings, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery Provide technical input and problem-solving support on site Manage resources, timelines, and project documentation effectively Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing heritage and conservation projects NVQ / CSCS / SSSTS OR SMSTS Strong understanding and practical knowledge of lime mortar techniques Ability to interpret and work with construction drawings (CAD experience desirable)
