HR Business Partner An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a leading organisation as an HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract until June 2029. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with senior leaders and managers, providing expert HR advice and strategic people support across a broad range of areas, including employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning, talent development and HR projects. The Opportunity You will act as a trusted HR partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand organisational priorities and deliver effective people solutions that support business objectives. The role will involve providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters, organisational change, performance management and employment legislation, while supporting managers to build strong and effective teams. You will also contribute to strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning and continuous improvement projects, using your expertise to influence decision-making and strengthen HR capability across the organisation.
