Overview We are supporting a UK-wide services organisation with a key operational division headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne. The business is undertaking a short-term transformation initiative focused on improving operational processes, back-office systems, and the effective use of its IFS platform. They are seeking an experienced IFS Transformation Consultant to assess current ways of working, identify process inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders across the business to diagnose issues, analyse data, and deliver standardised, more efficient processes. Key Responsibilities Review and diagnose existing operational and back-office processes. Map current processes and document variations across teams or functions. Analyse operational and system data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and validate findings.
