Are you considering a career in Youth Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Criminal Justice or Rehabilitation? This could be an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a specialist educational setting in Swindon.

We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to work with young people who experience social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

• Gain valuable experience working within a specialist setting that takes a restorative, trauma-informed approach.

• Work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to provide consistent, individualised support.

• Receive specialist training, including Team Teach and safeguarding.
