A high-performing financial services organisation is hiring a Senior EMEA Payroll Manager to lead and evolve its payroll function across the region. This is a senior, strategic role for a true payroll leader who thrives in complex, multi-country environments and enjoys partnering closely with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders.Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the EMEA payroll strategy, ensuring operational excellence while driving transformation and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Leading payroll operations across multiple EMEA markets, with core responsibility for UK, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, and GermanyManaging and developing a small, high-performing payroll team across the UK and other EMEA officesDesigning and executing the EMEA payroll strategy, aligned with wider business objectivesOwning and delivering a payroll transformation roadmap, including process optimisation and scalabilityEnsuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across high-volume payroll environmentsActing as a key partner to HR and Finance, strengthening collaboration and end-to-end deliveryProviding strategic guidance and insight to the senior leadership teamContinuously optimising and evolving payroll operations to support business growthAbout You:A true payroll leader with a strategic mindset and hands-on expertiseProven experience managing high-volume, multi-country EMEA payrollsStrong leadership capabilities with experience coaching and developing teams
