As the Quality Engineer you will oversee the quality control processes within the manufacturing environment. Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer: Quality Improvement Implement formal quality control procedures based on best practices. Define shop floor processes and procedures in collaboration with operational teams. Identify and implement new processes and equipment to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Quality Assurance and Compliance Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards. Investigate and report non-conformances and customer complaints. Carry out internal audits and support supplier audits in collaboration with purchasing teams. Monitor supplier quality performance criteria and ensure adherence to set standards. Manage and control equipment calibration. Data Management and Performance Collect and analyze quality performance data, including reporting in management review meetings. Monitor and support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights. Provide regular quality reports, including technical-related debit notes and customer returns analysis.
