To provide day to day HR generalist support across the VPI Group in relation to all HR Queries, Employee Benefits, Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and other administration for the VPI group employees in line with best practice and statutory obligations.To support the HR Manager and HR Team on various projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.Provide advice and guidance to line managers on employee performance, conduct, absence management and the application of HR policies.Manage employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management.Support the HR team through all stages of the recruitment and selection process.Produce job offer letters and contracts
